I serve as a full professor in the Department of Social Work at Fort Hays State University. I direct the BSW program and am a licensed mental health practitioner. I enjoy helping young people achieve their dreams which align with LEG UP. It empowers high school students from underserved communities with the knowledge and tools they need to seek funding that will enhance their chances of attending college. In turn, this will enrich their lives and the communities they represent.
